In summary proceedings regarding the feed-in tariffs for solar energy, the court has ruled in favour of the country government of Curaçao. Legal proceedings were initiated by the Association for Renewable Energy, and the country of Curaçao was represented by partner Mayesi Hammoud of VANEPS in this matter.

In is judgment, the court ruled that “the way the new rates have been determined did not conflict with the due care requirement,” as the Association for Renewable Energy had argued. The matter will be continued in proceedings on the merits.
