Seyed Navid Zahedi was born in Iran and grew up in the Netherlands. In 2012, he graduated in public law at the University of Amsterdam. After that he worked as a law teacher at the Regional Training Center in Amsterdam. He decided to continue his studies and obtained a second master’s degree in civil law in 2015, after which he has worked for the Dutch Rabobank for some time.

During his studies, Seyed Navid held several board positions and he was the co-founder of a law clinic that provides legal assistance to civilians in the area of administrative and criminal law. Furthermore, he interned at, inter alia, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Houthoff Buruma, Allen & Overy and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
