Inge van Hees-Wolswijk is specialized in corporate and financial law. She advises clients, such as financial institutions and insurance companies, on for instance credit facilities and regulatory legislation and requirements by the Central Bank of Curaçao and St. Maarten.

Furthermore, Inge assists clients in preparing collateral documentation to secure investment institutions’ borrowing obligation to their lenders. She also assists in local and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Inge regularly advises on licenses and exemption under the Foreign Exchange Regulations as well.

Before Inge joined VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne, she was a corporate lawyer at another law firm on Curaçao for two years. Moreover, before she moved to Curaçao in 2015, she worked as a civil-law notary on the corporate department of renowned law firm NautaDutilh in the Netherlands for six years.

In 2009, Inge obtained her master’s degree in Notarial Law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. She also completed the notarial vocational training and, in 2014, graduated with honors from the Grotius Academy in Corporate and Business Law.
