Daniëlla Engelhardt started at VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne in 2014. She is part of the employment team of the firm and advises employers on various labor matters. Furthermore, Daniëlla regularly assists in, for example, dismissal matters and negotiations regarding collective labor agreements and the disputes that derive from them.
Daniëlla graduated from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2013. She obtained her master’s degree in law there with a focus on civil law.
During her studies, Daniëlla worked at the Civil-Law Sector, Family and Juvenile Law Team, of the District Court in Haarlem as an external court clerk, handling family supervision and custodial placement of minors. In addition, Daniëlla completed an internship at a large law firm on Curacao. During the final phase of her studies, she worked as a legal assistant business law at a law firm in the Netherlands.
