In July 2016, Charlotte van Burk obtained her master’s degree in Corporate Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to and during her studies – about 7.5 years in total – Charlotte gained experience in the notarial practice. She assisted with the incorporation of private and public limited liability companies, foundations and cooperatives, the amendment of articles of incorporation and the transfer of shares.
“Via an alternative route I've now ended up where I want to be: I’m an attorney at law. At VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne I can sink my teeth into challenging legal issues. Delving into legislation and case law to find tailor-made, practical solutions for our clients. That is what excites me every day!”
During her studies, Charlotte held a position in the board of tenants’ council Vidomes as well. As a board member, she represented all tenants in the negotiations with housing association Vidomes on their policy.
