In July 2016, Charlotte van Burk obtained her master’s degree in Business Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to and during her studies – about 7.5 years in total – Charlotte gained experience in the notarial practice. She assisted in the incorporation of private and public limited liability corporations, foundations and cooperatives, the amendment of articles of incorporation and the transfer of stocks.
“Via an alternative route I now ended up where I want to be: in the legal practice. At VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne I can sink my teeth into challenging legal issues. Delving into legislation and case law to find tailor-made, practical solutions for our clients. That is what excites me every day!”
During her studies, Charlotte was also a board member of the tenants’ council Vidomes. In this role she represented all the tenants in the negotiations with housing association Vidomes on their policy.
