TRADEMARKS: AQCUISITION PROMARK PORTFOLIO
On March 13, 2008 the Curaçao based trademark bureau Promark (Curacao) N.V. assigned its trademark portfolio to VanEps
Kunneman VanDoorne. Due to mutations in personnel and at the same time a vastly growing business, Promark decided that
it was time for a change. Promark has built a fine reputation as a trademark agency. VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne is proud to further build on this reputation and expand its trademark practice. The acquisition concerns approximately 600 trademark registrations in the Netherlands Antilles, for mainly foreign clients. VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne now manages approximately 3.000 Netherlands Antilles trademark registrations and another 1.300 trademark registrations in Aruba. For purposes of facilitating the acquisition, Joan Wijngaarde of Promark will remain a freelance trademark advisor to VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne.
