Zakelijke geschillen zijn soms onvermijdbaar. Een schikking heeft soms de voorkeur, maar in andere omstandigheden is dat onwenselijk. Als ondernemer wilt u door de beste in het vak worden bijgestaan.
Zakelijke geschillen omvatten geschillen tussen aandeelhouders en onenigheid over bevoegdheid tussen directie, aandeelhouders en commissarissen. In bestuurszaken treden wij op voor aandeelhouders, directies en raden van commissarissen en voor andere toezichthouders in niet-commerciële zakelijke structuren, waaronder overheidsorganen en NGO’s.
In ons team zitten specialisten inzake geschillenbeslechting, ondernemingsrecht, en insolventie en reorganisatie. In de eerste plaats zijn ze echter ware procestijgers die de kneepjes van het vak kennen en u door elk mijnenveld van geschillenbeslechting kunnen leiden.
