Bankruptcy Crystal BV
The closed corporation Crystal Wholesale & Retail BV has been declared bankrupt by judgment of February 25, 2010. mr. F.J.P. Veenhof has been appointed bankruptcy judge in this bankruptcy, while Robert F. van Beemen has been appointed trustee. The company was represented by director and shareholder Amira Finies, who filed a petition for her own bankruptcy. The facts referred to in the petition and the hearing in Chambers showed that the applicant leaves several debts unpaid and that the applicant is in a state of having ceased to pay.
