Flying Lawyers

We offer our so called flying lawyer services all over the Dutch Caribbean and wherever we can offer added value and our services are required. We fly to Sint Maarten and to Sint Eustatius frequently to serve our clients, especially in the energy & natural resouces and hospitality & leisure industries. When called upon, specialized lawyers will visit other islands for individual matters.

Another aspect of our flying lawyers concept is that a dedicated group of select lawyers often replenish the teams of our smaller offices. In this way, utilizing the knowledge base of our Curacao office and the largest accumulation of lawyers of the Dutch Caribbean, we are able to offer a broad range of specialists in relatively small markets.
