Miriam M. den Boogert
BiographyAfter finishing her study, Miriam den Boogert worked as a company lawyer with the Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Dutch Railway Company).
From 1999 to 2008 she worked as an IP consultant/trademark attorney for Intermark B.V. and Novagraaf Nederland B.V. respectively. She joined VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne in May of 2008. Miriam recently assisted:
- Advising on structuring worldwide IP-portfolios
- AOB architects in the infringement of copyrights regarding the design of the Shaarei Tzedek Synagogue in Curacao
- K-Swiss, Nike, Nutricia and many others in counterfeit injunction proceedings
- Publisher of road maps in copyrights-infringement proceedings
- Several clients on raids against counterfeit all over the Dutch Caribbean
- Telbo, the Bonaire based telecom company, on several legal issues
