BiographyAfter graduated from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands in 2008, David Wever joined VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne in that same year. He advises and assists clients on numerous matters, with the focus on company law and administrative law. He is also a specialized in aviation law, advising a wide range of clients which includes banks, aircraft leasing companies and airlines on the registration and financing of aircrafts and on certification and operational matters. Furthermore, David attended various courses and seminars regarding Public Private Partnerships and assists clients in PPP tendering procedures.
David recently assisted:
- A hotel in litigation contesting a building permit and against a neighboring hotel regarding unlawful construction works
- Air Lease Corporation with the purchase and transfer of an Airbus aircraft, its re-registration in Aruba and the lease thereof
- Banks in the financing and registration of aircraft
- Various clients relating to immediate dismissal, employment dissolution, termination proceedings and collective dismissal
