The Court of First Instance has ruled today that the arrest of CH Offshore Ltd. on the MV Goanoco, a ship owned by PDV Marina, does not have to be lifted. PDV Marina asked for lifting the arrest by means of summary proceedings.

Kiva Curaçao is a meeting place for students and young professionals from Curaçao living in the Netherlands, aiming to increase commitment among this target group to return to Curacao after graduation. De Modelstatuten voor Overheids-NV’s op Curaçao in verhouding tot de regels van Corporate Governance en Boek 2 BW(Comply or Explain?
