Netherlands Antilles Offshore Bank Insolvency. On 9 October 2006 the Court of First Instance of Curacao declared the emergency measure with respect to FCIB, such at the request of the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles (“BNA”). Pursuant to the emergency measure, the banking license of FCIB has been revoked by the BNA.
