WILLEMSTAD, Curacao: The Governments of the Netherlands Antilles and Suriname (Dutch Guyana) have agreed to start negotiations to enter an agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion (DTA). These negotiations are set for the first week of February 2008.
