After a long period of anticipation, the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (“DCSX”) is scheduled to be operational in the fall of 2009. The DCSX was incorporated on 5 May 2009. The DCSX is an international exchange organized under the laws of the Netherlands Antilles for the purpose of listing and trading domestic and international securities. The DCSX is licensed by the Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands Antilles and regulated by the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles.
