Enforced sale of the MV DS PERFORMER in Aruba

ORANJESTAD - On 22 December 2011 the MV DS PERFORMER was auctioned before the Court of Aruba upon the request of the mortgagee, a world renown bank. The vessel, an oil tanker with a GT of 61.764, was sold free of all claims and liens, within 5 weeks of placing the arrest on behalf of the mortgagee.
