Norwin Willem still has to pay fuel clause on Bonaire

The Court orders Norwin Willem to pay his electricity bill in full. The action of Willem and other persons not to pay the fuel clause led to WEB disconnecting the electricity. The interlocutory proceedings Willem instituted against WEB to connect his house again led to the decision of judge Adang that the bill has to be paid in full. This took place on Friday afternoon when Willem and the other activists went to pay promptly and WEB reconnected the electricity at their houses that very same afternoon.
