Tiara Air Aruba proudly announces the arrival of its first Boeing 737-300 and with it, the beginning of a new phase of its expansion project. With the arrival of its Boeing 737-300, with a capacity of 141 seats, Tiara Air Aruba will expand its existing routes to include new destinations that will be of interest of the island’s tourism growth.
Tiara Air Aruba is currently offering service between Aruba and Curacao, Bonaire, Punto Fijo, Maracaibo and Riohacha. With the introduction of the new aircraft, Tiara will increase its capacity becoming a Regional Carrier offering more destinations in Venezuela, Colombia, Caribbean Islands and the USA working closely with Queen Beatrix International Airport to develop a “WORLD CLASS HUB”. Tiara Air Aruba is also working on various interline agreements that will establish Tiara as a serious player in the international airline industry.
In the recent developments Tiara has negotiated with Global GDS (Global Distribution Systems) Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport to make Tiara Air Aruba’s flights available worldwide. Many travel agencies use these systems to book and issue e-tickets, and the connection with TIARA AIR ARUBA’s Inventory will make Tiara's flights much easier to sell. In addition to this, Tiara Air Aruba is also member of “IATA Bank Settlement Plans” in Venezuela, Colombia, Eastern Caribbean and Airline Reporting of America (ARC) making booking and issuing possible everywhere.
The arrival of this first new aircraft is an achievement of the staff of Tiara Air Aruba with great cooperation from the officials at the Aruba Department of Civil Aviation, the FAA and the Aruba Airport Authority. All operational aspects of the flights will be announced soon.
Laurien Dumas and David Wever of law firm VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne assisted Tiara Air Aruba with the lease of this aircraft.
