Top 10 Law Firms St Martin 2011

Curacao Legal Portal annually composes a ranking of St. Martin based law firms based on the number of lawyers employed on St. Martn (in this case on 30 April 2011).

New in this Top 10 is law firm VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne. Early 2011, the largest Dutch Caribbean firm, VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne (30 lawyers), silently landed on St. Martin. With just one lawyer they are still in stealth mode for now, but rumor goes that they have big plans on the island. At the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao and St. Martin and Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba approximately 350 lawyers are officially registered. Of these lawyers, about 60 are working at law firms on St. Martin (ca. 20 %). These 60 lawyers are working at circa 25 law firms.
