Extra Workshop: The practice of the State Ordinance and Code Corporate Governance

In Curacao, the State Ordinance Corporate Governance is in force. This ordinance also includes the Code Corporate Governance (The Code). As a manager or supervisor in a corporation or foundation where the government has influence, it is important to know how to put “The Code” into practice. In the flyer you will find more detailed information on this intensive three-part workshop.
