Claim Filing and Valuation
For efficiency reasons the Supervisory Judge in the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers Securities N.V. has decided on 26 April 2012, to cancel the claims admission meeting in the LBS bankruptcy, scheduled for 3 May 2012 at 09:00 am at the Curacao Courthouse. No new date for such meeting has yet been scheduled.
The main reason for the cancellation is the fact that some (important) LBS creditors just very recently have begun studying the topics that will be discussed at the claims admission meeting. Therefore, the claims admission meeting going forward at this stage would not lead to its primary goal, being swift distributions to the allowed creditors and note holders.
We wish to stress that the note holders are still not required to file a claim nor do they have to block their positions to preserve their rights. We would furthermore give our best effort to resolve the hick-up that occurred.
The LBS Trustees have published four notices, including an Annex and a claim filing form. The notices relate to the claim filing procedures that have been set up by the LBS Trustees. Please click on the links below to open the documents:

In accordance with article 107 Bankruptcy Act, on 25 April 2012 the LBS Trustees have filed the list of provisionally admitted and disputed claims at the offices of the clerk of the Court in First Instance in Curacao for public inspection. Please click on the links below to open the documents:
