The specialists of the Insolvency Practice deal with both appointments and counselling. Lawyers of this office act as administrators in cases of suspension of payment and as trustees in bankruptcies.

In the area of counselling our specialists act for companies in financial problems or, as the case may be, for the creditors of these companies.
