VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne provides legal assistance to building contractors and project developers in all aspects of Civil Engineering and Construction Law. This includes offering assistance in conflicts related to owner’s associations (of apartments).

Guidance in the area of project financing also comprises a substantial part of this practice.

VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne was involved as legal advisor in a major project for the construction of a power station (the so-called ‘BOO project’). This was the largest construction project in the Netherlands Antilles in recent years.

VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne also guided the financing for the construction of the new airport on Curacao.
