An employment contract forms the legal basis for most labour relations and is therefore of great societal importance. Every entrepreneur or company that has employees will sooner or later be confronted with issues relating to Employment Law.

• Successful litigation on behalf of Netherlands Antilles Government in relation to strike of prison personnel;
• Successful litigation on behalf of Curacao Oil Refinery in relation to strike of personnel.
